About Venturly Law
Venturly Law is a Tampa-based boutique business law firm founded by Gregory Michael Karch, focused on the moments where ownership and capital change hands. The firm practices exclusively in business law — the sale and purchase of businesses, commercial real estate, private capital and securities, and business formation and governance.
Venturly Law advises owners, buyers, and investors through the whole passage: engaged before the letter of intent, aboard until the work is complete.
When you retain Venturly Law, you count on the firm to be a valuable member of your professional business advisory team. The firm commits to providing sophisticated, high-quality legal service to help your business succeed and thrive on a solid foundation.
How Venturly Law Works
Venturly Law advises business owners and investors at meaningful moments — a sale after decades of building, a purchase, a significant property transaction, a capital raise. Each one is a passage with three stages: the preparation before a letter of intent, the navigation through diligence and terms, and the arrival after the wire clears. The firm is built for all three.
Venturly Law moves fast. Transaction packages, capital raise documents, and fund agreements are turned around quickly, without sacrificing the care the work requires. When a deal is moving, the legal work keeps pace.
The firm takes time to understand the business before advising on the legal structure. The legal strategy follows the business plan, not the other way around.
Venturly Law handles due diligence, compliance frameworks, and transactional documentation with the same attention to detail it applies to strategy. The legal work is complete — not just the advice. Most transactions are closed. Few are completed. The difference is the standard here.
Most engagements are priced on a flat-fee basis. Business sales and acquisitions, capital raise packages, real estate transactions, formations, and fund documents are quoted as fixed fees before work begins. The goal is a predictable cost which reflects the value of the outcome.
The measure of the firm’s work is whether the client is better positioned after the engagement than before it — the deal closed, the structure sound, the risk understood. Legal work which does not serve the business outcome is not worth doing.
Venturly Law advises business owners, buyers, investors, and the private companies behind them. The firm handles business sales and purchases, commercial real estate, private capital raises, due diligence, contract drafting and negotiation, and the structure beneath it all. Mr. Karch brings experience as a lawyer, investor, and entrepreneur to every engagement — understanding the stakes an owner faces and working to protect what they have built. If you need a business attorney who understands how business actually works, Venturly Law welcomes the conversation.

Gregory Michael Karch
Gregory Michael Karch is the founding shareholder of Venturly Law, P.A., a Tampa-based firm practicing exclusively in business law, with a focus on business sales, private capital, and commercial real estate.
Mr. Karch’s practice focuses on the sale and purchase of businesses, commercial real estate, private capital raises, and business structure. He advises owners, buyers, and investors through the transactions where ownership and capital change hands — from the preparation before a letter of intent through the completion of every item after closing. His experience as an entrepreneur and investor informs the advice he gives: the legal structure recommendations reflect how the business actually operates, not just what is legally permissible.
He practices law alongside an active career as an investor and operator, with work spanning capital markets, business operations, commercial real estate, and technology. That experience grounds his advice in how businesses are actually bought, financed, run, and sold — the perspective of someone who sits on both sides of the table
Mr. Karch holds an LL.M. in Business Transactions from the University of Alabama and a J.D. cum laude from Florida A&M University College of Law, where he served on the Florida A&M Law Review. Prior to law school he earned a Bachelor of Arts from Colorado State University and a Master of Public Administration from Troy University while serving in the United States Navy. Mr. Karch has been licensed to practice law in Florida since 2016. His military service instilled the discipline and attention to detail defining his legal work.
Mr. Karch has produced continuing legal education programming for the National Business Institute and has presented at legal and business conferences across Florida and the United States. He is an active writer and speaker on business law and the structuring of transactions, and his background includes early and ongoing work with digital assets and emerging technology.
